Description
Saracenum Pasta Attiva - Pizzoccheri from Sapore di Sole is a typical pasta of Valtellina gastronomy, created with quality ingredients and with the addition of buckwheat germ fermented at a stable temperature of 35 degrees, which makes this product an active food with great nutritional power.
Water from natural sources in the Italian Alps is used for this pasta. It is drawn bronze and subjected to slow drying at low temperatures.
Intake mode
Cook 6-7 minutes.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place.
