The Pappardelle di wheat of Probios is a Tuscan pasta, handcrafted, it is produced on the rolling hills of the Val d'Orcia in the province of Siena, exclusively with durum wheat grown in Tuscany.
Production takes place according to traditional methods: slow drying and bronze drawing, to obtain a rough and porous paste. Try the formats: Pappardelle, Spaghetti alla Chitarra, Mezze Maniche and Pici.
