Description

Biocop Whole Wheat Spaghetti Biocop is a durum whole wheat semolina spaghetti produced with a mixture of selected grains and grown by the IRIS Agricultural Cooperative of Italy.

Indication

Wheat pasta is rich in protein and high in fiber. Drying at low temperatures and long times, so as not to damage the valuable content of the cereal.

Intake mode

Bring abundant water to a boil (1 lt / 100gr of pasta). When it starts to boil add sea salt (1.5 gr / lt) and then the pasta. Stir just once and let cook (boiling) 8-9 minutes. Once cooked to the point add a glass of cold water and turn off the heat. Wait a few seconds and then drain in a strainer. Add to the hot sauce and sauté for 30 seconds.
