    This is the wild card pasta we use at home. When you have various intolerances, it becomes more difficult to find pasta that does not contain certain ingredients and that has a good texture and this is in my top 3. It cooks quickly, is perfect (it does not crack or break), and has a great size both to make it as pasta itself, to put it in a salad or to use it as pasta for soup. 100% recommended.

Cuando tienes varias intolerancias se hace mas dificil encontrar pastas que no lleven ciertos ingredientes y que queden con buena textura y esta esta en mi top 3. Se cuece rapido, queda perfecta (no se agrieta ni se rompe), y tiene un tamaño genial tanto para hacerla como pasta en si, para ponerla en una ensalada o para usarla de pasta de la sopa. 100% recomendada.

Intake mode

It is advisable to cook in a large volume of salted boiling water, about 9 minutes (8 minutes for “al dente” cooking). To consume hot with a drizzle of olive oil, a knob of butter or a sauce of your choice. For a better hold, avoid stirring.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry, cool place away from light.
