King Soba buckwheat noodles are 100% organic and wheat and gluten free. They are considered to be one of the most nutritious fast foods on earth.

Indication

This product is ideal for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs or wheat and gluten sensitive. Also, as a low glycemic index food, they work well for the diet. In typical Asian-style dishes, you can exchange pasta for these noodles and enjoy a very healthy pasta dish.

Intake mode

It is recommended to remove the paper ties. Bring water to a boil and slowly dip noodles then reduce to medium heat. Gently separate with a fork. Cook for 5 - 6 minutes.
