Description

Fine oat flakes are ideal for people to enjoy the multiple benefits of this cereal. To be certain of the absence of gluten, strict guidelines must be followed from the field to its commercialization.

Indication

Flakes with a fine texture and very easy to eat. They do not need cooking but if you want to cook, 5 minutes is enough. Durable energy supply for your carbohydrates. High fiber content (9.7%). Rich in beta-glucans. Taking 3 g of betaglucans daily helps to maintain normal cholesterol levels. Low content of saturated fat due to the nature of oats. A lower consumption of saturated fats also contributes to maintaining lipoprotein levels.

Intake mode

It is recommended without cooking to incorporate milk, vegetable drinks, yogurt, soups or zaldos, juices, etc. If you want to cook them, being thin, they only need 5 minutes in plenty of liquid.

Precautions

May contain traces of soy.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool and dry place, closing the package tightly once opened.
