Ideal in cold salads, for soups and soups or as a side dish.

Intake mode

It is recommended to rinse and soak in cold water for about 4 hours. Place in a pot with double the volume of water and cook for about 45 minutes. The dose for one person is about 70g.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat, after opening, close the package well.
