Description
Mimasa's organic oat flakes are made from 100% clean organic oats, husked, oven-dried, steamed, rolled and dried. They are very tasty and easy to chew. They have the nutritional properties of all cereals.
Indication
This cereal helps the digestive system to work better, favors the feeling of satiety and also stimulates the elimination of toxins. Its soluble fiber absorbs water, toxins and excess cholesterol circulating in the blood. On the other hand, it helps regulate blood pressure, due to its low sodium content and its high potassium content. It also helps control blood sugar levels.
Intake mode
Eating at breakfast is recommended. They are boiled with water or vegetable broth and you can add Mimasa seaweed, vegetables, onion, leeks, etc. They can be seasoned with ecological tamari-shoyu from Mimasa or ecological gomasio from Mimasa. If sweets are desired, once the flakes are boiled you can add Mimasa rice syrup, sugar, honey or any other sweetener. The proportion of liquid in the cooking is three or four parts of it per one part of Mimasa ecological oat flakes. The cooking can vary between 5 and 20 minutes, depending on whether you want more or less crisp.
