Description

Sol Natural Bio fine wholemeal oat flakes.

Intake mode

Mix the oat flakes (1 portion equals approximately 40 grams) with milk or water, heat it for a few minutes without stopping stirring and season it to taste with cinnamon, fruit, nuts, honey, cocoa, jam or whatever you fancy.

Precautions

It contains gluten. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, and their derivatives

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place
