Indication
Oatmeal is the whole grain of oats that has only been stripped of its husk.
Intake mode
It is recommended to provide 1 glass of cereal per person. Soak the oats overnight and then discard the soaking water. Pour the volume of oats into 3 times its volume of cold salted water. Cook over low heat, covering, 45 minutes to 1 hour from the boil.
