Granola is a source of energy . The best way to start the day, to gather strength in the middle of the morning or to prepare for the evening training. Breakfast, lunch or snack are our favorite moments to have a delicious spoonful of granola with yogurt.
Some of its benefits are the following: it provides fibers and facilitates digestion thanks to walnuts and oats, it helps to reduce cholesterol levels, it is an excellent source of iron, magnesium, zinc and vitamin E, it controls sugar levels in blood, it provides monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids, both very beneficial for developing our brain functions.
Why is our La Newyorkina granola different? Well, because it has extra virgin olive oil from Spain, pure liquid gold; honey from the Asturian forests and almonds from Valencia. Mediterranean products for a Mediterranean granola. And because we have also eliminated brown sugar from the original recipe to reduce sugar intake.
