Description
The Florentine chickpeas by Probios is a rustic variety of chickpeas with a wrinkled and thin skin. It must soak for at least 10 hours.
Indication
During its cooking it releases characteristic aromas forgotten over time. Excellent as a side dish or mashed for soups and sauces. Grown in Tuscany.
Intake mode
It is advisable to rinse the product before use and cook without salt for 1 ½ hours on a low heat.
Precautions
It may contain traces of mustard, wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelled and khorasan kamut wheat.
