Description
Fior di Loto cannellini beans are the best known and most cultivated legumes in the world and have more than 300 varieties. Imported and consumed in Italy already in Roman times, it was only in the period of Christopher Columbus that they began to be cultivated also in Italy. They can be used in multiple preparations.
