Description
Probios wholemeal kamut flour is obtained from the ancient grain of wheat originating from Egypt, which has maintained its very high nutritional value over time.
Indication
Kamut, a cereal with precious nutrients from which a very tasty and easily digestible flour is obtained. The whole version does not undergo any type of separation, therefore it has a greater nutritional value.All Probios flours are packaged in a protective atmosphere in order to maintain the organoleptic qualities unaltered over time.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use in bread making, in the preparation of bread, bread sticks, flatbreads, pizzas and for sweet products.
