Probios white kamut flour is obtained from the ancient grain of wheat originating from Egypt, which has maintained its very high nutritional value over time.
Indication
Khorasan kamut is a cereal with precious nutrients from which a very tasty and easily digestible flour is obtained. The white version is obtained after a partial separation of the bran, has good aptitudes to leavening. All Probios flours are packaged in a protective atmosphere in order to maintain the organoleptic qualities unaltered over time.
Intake mode
