It is a good food supplement, I usually take a teaspoon in a Greek yogurt and it is very little.

Es un buen complemento alimenticio ,yo le suelo tomar una cucharadita en un yogur griego y esta poquísimo.

I have not tried yet, but I do not doubt that it is not to my liking, since it has all the varieties together. Perhaps between this and the one of living health, one of them is better to mix with less lumps, but I always take a colander and strain it .......... and all well.

Tampoco he probado de momento, pero tampoco dudo que no sea de mi agrado, ya que posee todas las variedades conjuntamente. Quizas entre ésta y la de salud viva, una de ellas sea mejor para mezclar con menos grumos, pero yó cojo siempre un colador y la cuelo..........y todo bién.
