Description
Gluten Wheat from El Granero Integral is traditionally used to make Seitan. It is a flour rich in protein. It is ideal for giving elasticity to breads, doubling their volume, especially in making breads with flours that are not wheat.
Indication
It is a great ally for circulatory health. Thanks to the action of two antioxidant and soothing flavonoids, called quercetin and rutin, it is especially indicated for cases of tired legs.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use to make seitan, put the gluten in a bowl and pour water little by little, kneading it for a couple of minutes. When the texture is homogeneous, form a ball and divide it into three or four parts.
