Ma Vie Sans Gluten Organic Chestnut and Tigernut Cake is a soft cake. which combines the typical taste of chestnuts and the sweetness of tigernuts.

Intake mode

It is advisable to provide the following ingredients: 60 ml of milk or vegetable drink, 50 g of butter or margarine, 3 whole eggs.

Preparation:

1) Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.

2) Pour the preparation into a bowl and add the milk, melted butter and eggs.

3) Mix with a hand whisk or an electric mixer for a few minutes.

4) Pour into a previously buttered mold and cook for 20 minutes at 180 ° C then 10 to 20 minutes at 160 ° C.
