Description
Probios chickpea flour is obtained by grinding Italian chickpeas. Used throughout Italy for the preparation of typical regional recipes such as Ligurian farinata or Tuscan cecina.
Indication
Chickpea flour has an unmistakable aroma, if added to other flours, it can also be used for original versions of pasta, or for delicious baked products. All Probios flours are packaged in a protective atmosphere so as to maintain the organoleptic qualities over time.
Precautions
May contain traces of soy.
