Description
The Bulgur - broken wheat of Probios is produced by reducing whole wheat grains into small pieces. The basic ingredient of the traditional Arabic dish: tabbouleh is widespread in the Middle East.
Indication
Raw probios bulgur can be used in recipes without necessarily being cooked, thus maintaining all the nutritional characteristics of the bean and also allowing those who follow the raw food diet to taste a cereal.
Intake mode
We recommend using it as a first course, for stuffing vegetables or for tasty meatballs.
For its cooking: it does not require soaking, cook for 15 minutes in boiling water. For the raw food preparation:
soak the bulgur with lukewarm or cold water for at least an hour to completely cover it.
Combine raw vegetables at will and season with salt, oil, lemon juice, aromatic plants and oil seeds.
Leave to flavor for at least another 2 hours, stirring occasionally so that the wheat softens and takes on flavor.
