My Cosmetik Certified ORGANIC Melt & Pour is a natural glycerin soap base that can be melted in a bain-marie. It is then possible to very easily add multiple ingredients (cosmetic active ingredients, essential oils, vegetable oils, perfumes, exfoliating powders, etc.) in order to give it even more properties.

Properties and benefits of Melt & Pour certified ORGANIC

It has been cold saponified from organic vegetable oils. Our melt and pour base also contains Aloe vera for its moisturizing and softening properties as well as citric acid which is a natural preservative present in lemon.

This Melt and Pour offers many other advantages in addition: it allows you to free yourself from the saponification phase, which would require the use of caustic soda, quite restrictive to use and reserved for an experienced audience. This melt and pour is also very practical to use: it melts easily, solidifies quickly and does not shrink after cooling. It also has very good foaming capacity. Finally, this soap base gives you the possibility to personalize your solid soaps without being a professional soap maker or an expert in home cosmetics. Your skin will be clean, soft and respected!

How to apply Melt & Pour certified ORGANIC?

It is advisable to melt the melt and pour base in a double boiler, then add, if necessary, off the heat, other ingredients to provide additional properties if you wish. Leave to dry for a few hours: it is then used like a traditional soap.
