How to apply Certified Fluorine Free Toothpaste?

It is advisable to brush your teeth with Avril organic toothpaste 3 times a day for 2 to 3 minutes. Brush in a movement up / down and not right / left: this allows you to better dislodge the residue without attacking your gums. The perfect gesture consists in starting from the gum and going down (or going up!) Towards the end of the teeth. Change your toothbrush every 2 months maximum because it is a real nest of microbes! Last tip: don't forget to close the cap of your Avril organic certified toothpaste to prevent it from drying out!
