Lavender hydrosol is to be preferred for care and preparations intended for oily skin. It offers you its astringent virtues which tighten the pores as well as a purifying action which will greatly help in the event of skin problems, such as acne. In addition, this hydrosol promotes healing thanks to its slightly anti-inflammatory properties.

How to apply Organic Lavender Hydrosol?

It is advisable to use as an aqueous phase in your emulsions, base for gels and tonics, pure on a tissue or as a spray to soften and refresh the face, hair care ...

- Cleansing lotion for combination or oily skin: Pour 110 ml of lavender hydrosol, 26 drops of isocide, 10 ml of glycerin, 5 ml of vegetable foaming base into a bottle then shake vigorously. Use morning and evening on a damp face. Rinse with clean water.

-Solid soothing shampoo for oily hair: Melt in a double boiler 75 g of sodium coconut sulfate with 20 ml of coconut vegetable oil and 14 ml of lavender hydrosol. Off the heat, add 20 drops of tea tree essential oil, 1 ml of cetiol and 4 ml of rice protein. Mix then transfer to a mold. Let cool for 4 hours then unmold. Wait 24 hours before use. Use: wet your hair, rub it with the solid shampoo bar, lather and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

- Calming pillow mist: Mix in a bottle equipped with a spray bottle, 30 ml of 70 ° alcohol with 15 drops of true lavender essential oil + 15 drops of sweet orange essential oil. Then add 70 ml of lavender hydrosol (respect the order!). Use: spray your pillow with this spray before going to sleep.

Precautions

Close your bottles quickly after use. Take care to wash your hands well before handling your hydrosols. Any object in contact with your hydrosols must be perfectly clean and disinfected (utensils, bowls, bottles, etc.). If you are making a cosmetic recipe, your countertop should also be disinfected. If you notice any change in appearance, throw away your bottle.

Storage conditions

Store away from light and heat (preferably in the refrigerator). Use within 6 months of opening.
