How to apply Arnica Macerated Oil Bio?
It is recommended for the following uses:
Oil to reduce bruises: Mix 2 ml of oil arnica macerate with 15 drops of Italian Helichrysum essential oil. For a more extensive bruise, dilute 15 drops in 5-10 ml of oily arnica macerate. Apply a few drops of this preparation directly to the affected area. 3 times a day until improvement.
Massage oil for tendonitis and muscle pain: Mix 20 ml of macerated arnica oil with 30 drops of coated (or fragrant) wintergreen essential oil. Gently massage the sore area with a few drops of this preparation. Use morning and evening for 3-4 days.
Relaxing massage oil for the back: Mix 50 ml of arnica oil macerate with 25 drops of coated wintergreen essential oil (or fragrant) and 1 ml of royal lavender essential oil (or bleach). Put a few drops of this synergy in your hand and then gently massage your back, in the evening after you shower, emphasizing the painful areas.
