Properties and benefits of Arnica face and body oil
Arnica oil is an excellent 100% pure vegetable oil for cosmetic use for skin care, with astringent properties, useful for impure and irritated skin. It is indicated as an adjuvant to calm the epidermis in minor trauma due to falls, in the treatment of small edema or local hematomas and to revitalize the scalp. In relation to the principles of Ayurveda, arnica oil is a rebalancing of VATA skin (characterized by dry, thin, wrinkled, cold and cracked skin).
How to apply Arnica face and body oil?
We recommend placing a small amount of arnica oil in your hands and gently massaging your face and body until completely absorbed, morning and evening. Ideal base in aromatherapy to mix with essential oils: add 2-3 drops of 100% pure essential oils to a dose of arnica oil, chosen from those preferred and most suitable for the specific use.
