Espom salt is a source of magnesium. A basic mineral for the proper function of our muscles and bones. It also acts as a mild laxative.

How to apply Epsom salt?

Oral use. 2 grams a day in juice or water outside of meals.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended dose unless directed by a health professional. In case of abuse it generates abdominal pain.

Storage conditions

Keep in the original container tightly closed in a cool and dry place away from sources of heat.

Composition of Epsom salt

100% Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate.

For 2 grams:

200 mg of magnesium. Approximately 50% of the recommended adult daily dose.
